Position: Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the sales of support systems designed for photovoltaic structures and profiles used in the construction of PV structures within the markets of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Supervising the activities of Sales Representatives/Key Account Managers, establishing objectives, and ensuring their successful achievement.
  • Building, developing and motivating a subordinate sales team.
  • Directing the growth and organization structure within the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
  • Actively participating in B2B project sales processes, including tasks such as preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the implementation of contracts for supporting structures in large-scale PV projects.
  • Engaging in frequent business travels to meet with customers and visit project sites.

Our requirements:

  • Proficiency and expertise in B2B project sales.
  • Positive track record in B2B sales, particularly for large-scale PV projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently lead and manage a sales team.
  • Strong personal etiquette and extensive experience in B2B customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in project management.
  • Higher education degree in a technical, management, or sales related field.
  • Technical proficiency in mechanics and the necessary documentation for building structures.
  • Capable of organizing effective team-building activities.
  • Fluent in both German and Polish, with proficiency in English for communication.
