For our automotive client, we are looking for an experienced buyer fluent in German or English who will be responsible for strategic purchasing.

Your role involves:

• Driving the procurement process in line with established procedures,
• Advancing the business and strategic objectives of all company branches by seeking out and implementing cutting-edge procurement practices, while also optimizing costs, processes, and tools within the procurement realm,
• Deploying solutions in critical scenarios and supporting specialized departments in their interactions with suppliers,
• Overseeing and coordinating commercial contract terms, negotiations, supervision, and archival processes,
• Leading procurement projects at both local and global levels,
• Promoting a transparent procurement policy towards business partners through rigorous qualification and compliance assessments.

• Hold a higher education degree,
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in supplier/customer engagement,
• Possess advanced proficiency in English or German,
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking abilities,
• Are self-reliant in decision-making, planning, and organizing your workload,
• Are familiar with SAP system/Module MM, MS Office,
• Have negotiation skills and can effectively manage stressful situations.
