Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing the execution of component deliveries and shipments of finished products for facility.
• Oversight of external warehouse operations.
• Supervising warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Ensuring the accuracy of inventory processes and conducting regular audits.
• Budget creation and oversight for relevant areas.
• Monitoring material status in SAP.
• Supervising internal logistics and KANBAN systems.
• Overseeing receiving and shipping processes.
• Ensuring the accuracy of component inventory values and commercial goods.
• Handling special tasks such as relocations, new component introductions, critical deliveries, etc.
• Supervising the picking and shipping area.
• Operating mobile lift platforms.
• Operating forklifts.
• Fulfilling duties as a person directing work according to labor law regulations.
• Coordinating the work of the assigned team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication.
• UDT certification for operating mobile lift platforms – desirable.
• UDT certification for operating forklifts – desirable.
• Leadership abilities.
• Strong task and time management skills.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, and strong communication skills.
