Personalization at Scale Implementation Lead

We're looking for a Personalization at Scale (P@S) Implementation Lead to join our Client's team. In this role, you'll be responsible for deploying, optimizing, and tracking personalization strategies to enhance the effectiveness of media and communications campaigns across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalization strategies in collaboration with marketing teams, agencies, and media partners.
  • Ensure seamless execution of personalization initiatives across campaigns, utilizing first-party data and asset management practices.
  • Collaborate with the Media team to optimize personalization at scale across sector campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the performance of personalization efforts, communicating insights and best practices to relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a champion for our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, promoting its capabilities and enabling asset reuse across brand teams.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 4 years of experience in personalization at scale, digital marketing, brand communications, or media planning.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred,
  • Strong knowledge and experience in asset management.
  • Experience managing teams 
  • Proficiency in project management, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with digital marketing using first-party data and advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Data Management Platforms (DMPs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to execute lead ads campaigns on platforms such as META, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative and honest approach.
  • Fluent in English.
